FreshGa respects user privacy and provides users with the ability to delete their account and associated personal data.
This page explains how users can delete their FreshGa account and what data is removed.
Users can delete their account using either of the following methods:
Open the FreshGa app
Go to Profile / Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm deletion
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us.
Send an email to:

Include:
Registered mobile number or email
Subject: Delete My FreshGa Account
When an account deletion request is completed, the following data is permanently deleted:
User profile information (name, phone number, email)
Saved delivery addresses
Order history linked to the account
Authentication credentials
Some transactional records may be retained temporarily if required by law or for dispute resolution
Retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing or analytics
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days
Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered
Uncompleted or ongoing orders must be resolved before account deletion
Deleting the app alone does not delete the account
Account deletion permanently removes access to FreshGa services
