Come to class because  being present is essential to the learning process.  You need to attend school regularly to understand the lessons, to complete practice activities and to ask questions.  

Students who are chronically absent sometimes fall behind academically. It's not a question of being smart or not smart, it's a question of being present. 

Being absent a lot affects your  learning because you are missing full or partial lessons.

By the way, you also need to meet the state attendance requirement in order to receive credit for the course.

Complete assignments to gain practice and master vocabulary. 

Make mistakes because it's the best way to learn. When you make a mistake and are corrected, you  learn from it and are less likely to do it again.

Ask questions to clarify points you don't understand. 

Practice speaking to gain fluency and to just sound cool!

Immerse yourself in the language by listening to French music, following French language tiktokers, youtubers and instagrammers.
