5 points for each Freshman A race competed in

2 points for each Freshman C race competed in
6 points for each race that contributed to the team score during the season
1 point for each High School race competed in previous seasons
1 point for each service hour: 4 hours minimum, 15 hours maximum & at least 2 hours must be trailwork related
10 points for 75%-100% practice attendance, 5 points for 50%-75% attendance
