My Everyday Smoothie

My goto smoothie.


A banana, a large handful of frozen (wild) blueberries, one or two handfuls of baby spinach, a big spoonful of almond butter and an even bigger spoonful of (natural) peanut butter, a tablespoon of hemp hearts and (unsweetened) almond milk. (I sometimes add pumpkin or sunflower seeds.) I have two large glasses which keeps me going all day.
