Avocado Tahini and Olive Smash Flatbreads
This simple and delicious recipe, from Anna Jones' Modern Way to Cook, is quick (10 minutes) and perfect for a summer evening (or lunch). I served it with fresh basil and feta and just a few chili flakes. For the bread I used a garlic naan (from Loblaws) which I broiled until a little crispy.
