Only students who have been approved by the choir directors should fill out the form below. Deadline to complete this form is Friday, August 21. Students who are entered into the contest will be required to pay a $25 entry fee in Pay N' Go. A link to make the payment will be shared when it becomes available. Audition Sign-up/Payment must be completed by Aug. 21st.
