To make sure everyone is fully equipped, Global Empowerment Mission (GEM), partnering with Farm Share as Florida's largest independent food bank, is teaming up with incredible supporters like Sunshine Health, Amazon, and Baptist Health. Together, they are launching a major, state-wide Free Hurricane Preparedness Distribution Event.

Make sure to block out Saturday, June 6, 2026, on your calendar. The giveaways kick off at 9:00 AM sharp, offering fully loaded disaster readiness kits at zero cost. These packages contain critical survival supplies, such as emergency blankets, weather radios, clean water, flashlights, and ponchos.

The vast majority of the regular sites require absolutely no ID, paperwork, or pre-registration. Everything is handed out on a first-come, first-served basis until all supplies are gone. Since these kits go incredibly fast, making plans to arrive early is highly recommended!
