Deutschklub Officer Expectations

• Officers will meet once a month with Frau B for a planning session and will help run one club activity per month
• Conduct self in a responsible/appropriate way. Be a leader!
• Attend all activities if possible
• Promote German Club to school and community
  • Invite students to come to activities
  • Work with SBOs and Class Officers to promote club
  • Work with Yearbook Staff
• Think of club activities and help execute them
• Help club grow
• Reach out to club members and help them feel like they belong
• Represent club at school events (band, orchestra, theater, choir, sporting events, etc.)

Officer Positions Available

• President: runs meetings, assists Frau B. In charge of club outreach efforts. Help plan and run fundraising efforts. Run Deutschewoche. Help plan and run Homecoming week. Help plan and run club week?
• Vice President: assists president in running meetings and reaching out to club members and all other school events.
• School Liaison: Info to people who do the announcements
• Advertisement Creator: Create and distribute advertisements around school
• Club Photographer: takes pictures at activities, upload to shared drive, work with Yearbook committee
