Engage effectively in a range of collaborative discussions (one on one, in groups and teacher-led/student-led) with diverse partners' topics, texts and issues, building on others' ideas and expressing their own clearly.
Pose, create, and respond to specific question(s) by making comments that contribute to the discussion and elaborate on the remarks of others.

Assign students with roles and responsibilities

Monitor student learning by being curious and pushing their thinking
Have an accountability tool to monitor student progress
