I had always wanted to be my own boss and earn a steady income. I was not sure about running a business on my own without any support, so I thought about buying a franchise for sale in Australia. The plan worked for me, and I got a franchise and over the years my profits also grew. However, I wanted to grow and expand further. So, I spoke to my franchisor and became a master franchisee. In this role, I work independently for the development of a region. I recruit and train new franchisees and get paid a part of their franchisee fee and royalty payment.
