Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FramePick.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using FramePick ("the App"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
FramePick for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
FramePick offers two subscription options:
- Monthly Pro: Billed monthly, auto-renews
- Annual Pro: Billed yearly, auto-renews
Subscriptions include:
- AI frame analysis
- Batch exports
- Premium formats
- 4K resolution
- No watermarks
Payment is charged through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically
renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. FREE TRIAL
If offered, free trials last 7 days. You can cancel anytime during the trial
period without being charged. After trial, subscription begins automatically.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. Contact Apple
Support for refund requests. We cannot process refunds directly.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Process content you don't have rights to
- Attempt to breach App security
- Distribute or resell the App
7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
You retain all rights to videos and frames you process. FramePick claims no
ownership of your content.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FramePick, including its design, code, and features, is owned by RetroConnects
and protected by copyright laws. Our trademarks may not be used without
permission.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted operation
- Error-free functionality
- Specific export quality results
- Compatibility with all video formats
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or content
- Device damage or data corruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues from third-party services
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.
11. VIDEO FORMATS
FramePick supports common video formats. Some formats may not be compatible
depending on device capabilities and iOS version.
12. DEVICE REQUIREMENTS
Requires:
- iOS 17.0 or later
- iPhone or iPad
- Sufficient storage space for video processing
13. CHANGES TO SERVICE
We reserve the right to:
- Modify features or pricing
- Discontinue the App or features
- Update these Terms
You'll be notified of significant changes via the App or email.
14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and Apple's App
Store Terms and Conditions.

17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in
full effect.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and RetroConnects regarding FramePick.
By using FramePick, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree
to these Terms of Service.
