Q: Where to buy a gate card. Where, when, what to take?
A: Gate cards and RFID stickers can be bought from Jilsa Management LLC at 2005 Vista Parkway STE 211 West Palm Beach, FL 33411 during Office Visit Hours 9am-1pm (M-F). Take proof of Foxhall residence. If you are an owner, this could be your driver’s license with your Foxhall address. If you are a tenant, take your identification and lease agreement. Gate cards and RFID stickers are used by residents or tenants to enter through the resident gate.

Q: Instructions on using the teleentry as a visitor?
A: a) If you know your directory code: At the call box, Select PHONE CALL, Select I HAVE A DIRECTORY CODE, enter your four digit code, press enter.
b) If you don’t know your directory code: At the call box, Select PHONE CALL, Select Search Directory, select the name of the homeowner, press call.
