Homeowner & Payment
Portal:
Dear Residents,
Please be advised that payments are paid through one of several ways, the method is up to the owner. They are as follows:
1. Online
a. CINC: Owners need to register their account. An email was sent to all owners on file. If an email was not received, please contact admin@jilsamanagement.com
to request a registration link. Once registered, activated, and owner is able to access the CINC portal, owners can pay there. For convenience, see the portal
access link https://jilsa.cincwebaxis.com.
a. Personal Bank: Owners can set up direct payments through their personal banks.
This would be set up by owners and their bank. For account inquiries, contact
info@jilsamanagement.com.
b. Association Bank: Owners can go to the Truist website for one-time payments
and set up recurring payments at
https://onlinepayments.truist.com/paymentservices/start.aspx
3. Coupon Payments
a. Mail to Truist Bank with the following information
i. Payee Name: Foxhall Homeowners’ Association, INC
ii. Payee Address:
PO Box 628207
Orlando, FL 32862-8207
**Note: Account Number: On each scheduled payment, use the bill pay account number
that appears on your association payment coupon. Don’t add any other letters, numbers,
or identifying words in the account number area.
Monthly payments of $235 are due on the 1st of the month and considered late after the
Thirtieth (30) of the month. Late fees will be applied after that point.
Please confirm with your coupon books for your amount due if you are unsure or contact
admin@jilsamanagement.com.
