Threat Level: HIGH – Hostile Forces Infiltrating the Facility
Objective: Prevent intelligence leaks, safeguard critical staff, and protect SCP data.
Procedure:
Immediate Lockdown of the Research Wing – All researchers are to seal themselves in secure labs or safe zones. Access to data servers is restricted to Level 4+ personnel only.
Secure Digital Assets – Encrypt or purge sensitive research files in accordance with Protocol RS-DELTA-9 if physical security is compromised.
Evacuate Level 2 & 3 Personnel – Under armed escort (if available), lower-clearance staff are to evacuate to designated bunker zones. If not possible, shelter in place.
Deny CI Access to SCP Knowledge – All personnel are authorized to disable terminals or destroy local hard drives if CI contact is imminent.
Do Not Engage Hostiles – Research staff are non-combatants. Only Foundation Security or Mobile Task Force (MTF) units are authorized to respond directly.
Threat Level: Variable – Depends on SCP Involved
Objective: Minimize loss of life, prevent spread of anomalous effects, and maintain observation.
Procedure:
Evacuate or Shelter Based on Breach Location – If the breach is outside the Research Wing, remain in place under lockdown. If within, evacuate along the posted SCP Evacuation Routes.
Activate Emergency Lab Shields – Research labs with Level 3+ SCP storage should initiate automated defense seals to contain anomaly.
Report All Visual or Behavioral Changes – Immediately log SCP behavior or effects encountered and transmit to Site Command. This data may inform recontainment efforts.
Do Not Attempt Recontainment – Only authorized MTF or Containment Specialists are cleared for direct SCP engagement.
Assist Medical & Security Teams Remotely – Researchers with medical or SCP-specific knowledge may be called upon via comms to provide insight or treatment procedures.
Threat Level: CRITICAL – Catastrophic Containment Failure or Hostile Takeover
Objective: Ensure the knowledge and key staff of the Foundation survive. Prevent anomalous data or entities from leaving the site.
Procedure:
Evacuate Immediately to Designated Escape Routes – Each Research Division member must follow their assigned failsafe escape path. Do not deviate or return for equipment.
Secure Black Box Drives – Level 3 and 4 researchers must take portable drives (SCP Data Capsules) containing core research logs to designated off-site locations.
Medical & Security Escort Priority – Injured research staff are to be triaged and escorted only if delay will not compromise mission success.
Obey Self-Termination Orders – If capture by hostile forces or breach by world-ending SCPs is imminent, Level 4 personnel are authorized to initiate Protocol Thanatos.
Remain in Radio Contact Until Out of Range – Communications must be maintained until total facility loss. Relay research integrity status to Overwatch Command.
Follow all verbal and written orders from Site Command during lockdowns.
Do not act independently unless under duress or granted clearance to do so.
Foundation knowledge must be preserved above all else — personnel are replaceable; data is not.
