Inclusion is not just about having all students in the same classroom, it’s about making sure every child gets the help they need to learn and do their best. I believe in changing the way I teach so that it works for different students and working with families and other teachers to support them. My goal is to make sure every student feels important, can learn, and is part of the class.
I believe that the purpose of education is to guide students’ growth and prepare them for life. My role as a teacher will be to facilitate students’ learning and create a positive learning environment and relationship with them.
Technology in the classroom is not just about using devices and programs; it’s about helping students learn, think critically, and be creative. I believe in using technology purposefully while balancing digital work with hands-on activities. My goal is to help students stay engaged, use technology responsibly, and see it as a tool that supports their learning, not something to rely on. I believe technology can be powerful, inspiring, informative, and efficient, but it can also be isolating, limited, or challenging depending on how it is used.
