Fort Selden Historic SiteFort Selden was established in 1865 in an effort to bring peace to the south central region of present day New Mexico. Built on the banks of the Rio Grande, this adobe fort protected settlers and travelers in the Mesilla Valley from desperados and Apache Indians.

Hike, picnic or camp just minutes from the winery!

Visit Leasburg State Park to hang out by the river. They offer picnic tables and water activities during the summer months.

Leasburg Dam State Park offers peace and relaxation, a beautiful cactus garden, several hiking trails, and opportunities for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and birding. Just down the street from the winery you will find the newly renovated Hacienda del Camino Real Hot Springs and lodging.
