Making Wine
The making of wine exists of many steps.
Growing the vines that the grapes will come from is just one small step that takes a tremendous amount of work and energy. Every year we organize a large harvest where individuals use sheers and clippers to cut the grape clusters from the vines. The grapes are then collected in bins and baskets and brought to the de-stemmer.
After the crushing and de-stemming process the "must" (the result of the crushed grapes) is placed in large bins.
