This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Bamboo Blocks ("the App", "we", "our") handles information. The App is developed and published by FORTICO ("the Developer").
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Summary
Bamboo Blocks does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
The App works entirely offline. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network connection of any kind. Nothing you do in the App leaves your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact details
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
- Location data of any kind
- Photos, contacts, files, microphone or camera access
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioural data
- Any information that could identify you personally
The App requests no Android permissions whatsoever.
Information Stored on Your Device
The App saves a small amount of data locally on your device so that your progress is not lost between sessions. This information is stored using your device's local browser storage and never leaves your device. It includes:
- A nickname you choose (optional, entered by you)
- A chosen avatar colour
- Your best scores and daily, weekly, and monthly records
- Number of games played, lines cleared, and best combo
- Your daily challenge history and consecutive-day streak
- Sound and gameplay settings
- The state of a game in progress, so it can be resumed
We have no access to this data. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and no server receives it.
Deleting Your Data
You can erase all locally stored data at any time by either:
1. Tapping "not you?" on the App's start screen and confirming, or
2. Uninstalling the App, or clearing the App's storage in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Bamboo Blocks → Storage → Clear data)
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Because no copy exists outside your device, no further action is required to remove your information.
Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages and contains no content unsuitable for children. Because we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by collecting nothing.
Third-Party Services
The current version of the App contains no third-party services, including no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no social media integrations.
If a future version introduces advertising or other third-party services, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the updated policy will describe what those services collect.
Data Security
Because no data is transmitted or stored on any server, there is no risk of a data breach involving your information through the App. Data saved locally is protected by your device's own security, in the same way as other app data on your device.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. As the App collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. All data lives on your device and is fully under your control.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting how information is handled will be reflected in the App's store listing before the affected version is released.

This policy explains how the mobile games published by FORTICO on Google Play, including Bamboo Blocks ("the game"), handle information. Questions: Forticokg@gmail.com
1. Information stored only on your device
Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, settings, and the name and avatar you choose) is saved only on your own device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
2. Advertising (Unity Ads)
The game offers optional rewarded videos. You choose to watch a video to get a reward in the game. These videos are provided by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Unity Ads may collect and use:
- your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers,
- device and app information (for example device model, operating system, app version and language),
- your approximate location, worked out from your IP address,
- information about ad interactions (for example whether an ad was shown or watched to the end).

You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or on some devices Settings > Privacy > Ads). Unity ads also show a privacy button where you can see and change your choices.
3. Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in these regions, Unity Ads asks for your consent before personalised ads are used, and you can change your choice later through the privacy button in the ad.
4. Game statistics (Google Firebase Analytics)
To understand how the game is played and to improve it (for example which levels are too hard, and how long players play), the game uses Google Firebase Analytics. It collects information such as:
- game events (for example level started, level won or lost, a reward video watched),
- device and app information and an app instance ID,
- approximate location derived from your IP address,
- the advertising ID, used to measure our own advertising campaigns.

5. Google Play features
The game uses Google Play's in-app review and in-app update features. They are provided by Google Play under Google's privacy policy. The game does not receive your review or any personal data from them.
6. What we do not do
We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, files or precise location. We do not sell personal information. Apart from the advertising in section 2 and the statistics in section 4, we do not share information with anyone.
7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Keeping and deleting data
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game. Data used for advertising and statistics is kept and deleted by Unity and Google as described in their privacy policies; you can limit it with your device's ad settings. You may also email us at Forticokg@gmail.com with any request about your data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, most requests are handled through Unity's and Google's tools and your device settings, but we will help with any request sent to Forticokg@gmail.com.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game changes (for example if we add other advertising partners, in-app purchases or cloud saving), we will update this policy and change the date at the top.
