• As homeowners, we're bound by the CC&R's to keep our homes in good maintenance and repair.
• As homeowners, we're bound by the CC&R's to gain approval for any color choices or "manner" of doing any exterior modifications.
  • Painting, Fencing, Roofing, Sheds, Decking, Lawn Sprinklers, Pools, and Solar definitely need to be ran by the HOA Board first.
  • I you're unsure, feel free to use the form below and choose "Other" as the modification type.
  • Rule of thumb: If your neighbors will be able to see it, please run it by the Board first.
• Permits are also required for most types of construction, including fences, decks, pools, outbuildings, as well as for many electrical, mechanical or plumbing work, including new lawn irrigation systems. Prior to commencing any such work, you should verify whether a permit is required first.
