Common Area 1 - Front Entrance

• Mowed throughout the season on a weekly/biweekly basis, as weather permits.

Common Area 2 - Open Walking Trail

• Walking paths mowed throughout the season on a weekly/biweekly basis, as weather permits.
• Areas outside of the walking paths will be bailed for hay 2-3 times per season.
• Dogs welcome.
• Total Area: Approx 5.5 acres

Common Area 3 - Playground

• Swingset with 2 traditional swings and 2 saftey swings.
• Slide (careful, it gets hot in the summer).
• Climbing Bars
• Approx Total Area: 1 acre
• Cost to Mow Weekly: $75
• Cost to Mow Annually: $1875

Common Area 4 - Sand Volleyball Court

• Currently in need of repairs to bring back to working order.
• Approx Total Area: 1/4 acre
• Cost to Mow Weekly: $18.75
• Cost to Mow Annually: $468.75

Common Area 5 - Wooded Walking Trail

• Walking paths (green lines) will be trimmed/mowed throughout the season on a weekly/biweekly basis, as weather permits.
• Hiking paths (orange) are available, but may become overgrown

Common Area 6 - 1 Acre Green space behind Redwood Ln/Cherry Ln/Aspen Dr

• Mowed throughout the season on a weekly/biweekly basis, as weather permits.
• Available from the Wooded Walking trail (via the orange line) but wear your hiking shoes as this area is steep and can become overgrown throughout the season.
• Approx Total Area: 1 acre
• Cost to Mow Weekly: $75
• Cost to Mow Annually: $1875
