Session: 2020-21 | Guidelines on Teaching and Courses offered in the present session
14-10-2020 to 16-10-2020 : Orientation Program providing various details related to courses.
20-10-2020 to 23-10-2020 : Online language-level determination test (written+Oral). Classes will be allotted on the basis of this test.
02-11-2020 : Beginning of Online classes.
1) Due to the worldwide Covid-19 epidemic, we are unable to call you to India this year. In the Current Session (2020-21), All courses will be conducted through online mode. Therefore, all students will study in their own country till further notice / order.
2) The International Hindi Teaching Department of Central Hindi Institute, Agra conducts the following four courses for foreign students –
a. Hindi Language Proficiency Certificate Course- (first level – 100)
b. Hindi Language Proficiency Diploma – (second level –200)
c. Hindi Language Proficiency Advanced Diploma-(third level –300)
d. Post Graduate Hindi Diploma – (fourth level – 400)
3) A level determination test (written + oral) will be conducted after admission of selected students by Central Hindi Institute, Agra. The level determination test has to be given in Hindi language and Devanagari script. The test will be of 100 points with written test of 80 points and oral examination of 20 points. Students will be admitted to different classes based on the result of the level determination test
4) Even after admission in different classes, the allotted classes of students can be changed based on the progress report.
5) The medium of teaching will be Hindi. The guidelines will be bilingual (Hindi-English). If there is a special need, the English language may be used.
6) Regular class will be conducted according to Indian time. Time table of online classes will be provided after allocation of classes.
7) Students should have computer/mobile device//tablet and good internet facility for online classes.
8) Students are required to learn Hindi typing, for which they can take help of Microsoft Indic Language Input Tools, Google Indic Hindi Input and Windows Hindi Input Tools etc. The Video Link for its initial training will be provided.
9) At least 80% attendance of students in online classes is mandatory. Students will not be allowed to appear in the annual examination if attendance is low.
10) The annual assessment of each subject of the course will be of 100 marks, out of which 30 marks will consist of a half yearly examination of 20 marks and 10 marks will be decided by the teacher based on monthly examination and attendance/progress/active participation. The remaining 70 marks will be prescribed for written examination (final examination). The performance of students will be continuously evaluated throughout the course, for which weekly/monthly examinations will be conducted .
11) There is a provision of scholarship only when students stay and study in India. The Scholarship will not be provided.
