Please pick a publicly traded REIT that you believe you can make a difference with as their new CEO. Try to find one via reit.com or another web site on publicly traded securities.  Sites as simple as Yahoo finance will even allow you to track REITs. Discuss what their space is in the market (property type, geographic location, etc). Discuss their strong points and successes. The company web site and annual report are great places to start.
