Identify specific problems/opportunities/challenges that your chosen publicly traded REIT has. It can be  financial or non-financial issues  that you chose to identify. You can find your REITs  issues by analyzing their web site, other analysts’ assessments of your REIT, articles in various trade publications, conversations with people in the REIT space, their 10K or 10Q, etc. Be specific about the problems that you identify.
