Test your thesis on what will work as far as  your solutions go  and what may not work. A good CEO is always critical of him or herself. How will you implement your solutions? What is the back up plan?  What are the consequences of your ideas? Are you ready for what could happen next if you implement your plans and they don’t work? It’s ok to second guess your strategy and still be confident in your plan!
