We are going to dig out our freeway and build condos on top with rooftop parks! This will: decrease noise and pollution, create housing detatched from land value (affordable), reconnect and create new wildlife habitat, increase green space which lowers urban temperatures with the greatest efficiency. All while creating a view that will bring tourists in just to ride the gondola.
