Postdoc

Nan Jing obtained her B.S. degree in chemical engineering and technology (2017) from Northwest University, and obtained her Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering and technology (2022) at Tsinghua University in China. Her research focuses on the effect of gut microbiota on bioactive lipid metabolism and its effect on gut health, such as colonic inflammation and colon cancer. 

Graduate Students

Yige Wang obtained her B.S. degree in clinical nutrition (2019) from University of California Davis, and her M.S. degree in food science and human nutrition at National University of Singapore (NUS). She is a Ph.D student of nutritional biology at UC-Davis. Her research focuses on the effects and mechanisms of bioactive lipids, as well as food and environmental contaminants, on gut microbiota and gut health.
