Wir benötigen euren unterschriebenen Antrag aus vereinsrechtlichen Gründen. Ihr könnt ihn einfach in unseren Briefkasten im Foyer (neben dem Aquarium) einwerfen oder einen Scan per E-Mail schicken.

Und wenn ihr uns das Leben erleichtern möchtet, wäre es toll, wenn ihr den Antrag am Computer ausfüllt oder uns eine E-Mail mit euren Daten sendet, damit wir alles richtig lesen können.
