Ms. Shalini Ilesinghe is a dance teacher with ten years of professional experience. She has pursued her higher education through Kandyan Dance and Drama and has successfully completed Prarambha, Madyama, Awasana examinations of the National Dance Examinations conducted by the Ministry of Education. She learned under the best teachers in Sri Lanka and later mastered the art of drumming and folk singing. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kelaniya - Sri Lanka and now is following Performing Arts Higher Diploma at the University of Visual and Performing Arts.

She is currently teaching at a leading international school and also continues to teach Kandyan Dance, Folk Singing and Drumming at Focus Academy.
