The mission of the FOBL is to advocate for the library; support the library; make suggestions of programs, (the library manager actually makes final decisions and creates them); pay for events as needed. The FOBL does not make policy decisions for the library. By becoming a member you will support access to literacy, learning, and culture in the Buellton area. Please become a member of The Friends of the Buellton Library (FOBL).

Members also get a free tote bag when joining and special member only preview access hour to our big book sale events.

Memberships Auto Renew Yearly:
Individual Membership - $25 per Year
Family Membership - $75 per Year

Volunteers

Do you love books and community? The Friends of the Buellton Library is looking for volunteers to: help staff our Friends’ store, help with our Book Sales, and help with other special upcoming projects! If interested fill out our volunteer form or stop by our store open hours.

We accept gently used Books, CD's, DVD's and Jigsaw Puzzles
You can drop a bag of books off during any of our store open hours (see the home page).
Note: If you have a large donation, please contact us prior to confirm a date and time.

Please: No encyclopedias, textbooks, Records, VHS tapes or Software.
Kindly no dumping or leaving things outside the door.
