These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern paid subscriptions, free trials, virtual credits, and related billing for **Flux Movio: AI Video Maker** (the “Service”).
By purchasing a subscription, starting a free trial, or buying a credit pack, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our **Terms of Service**. If there is a conflict regarding subscriptions or credits, **these Subscription Terms control** for billing and entitlement matters. Data handling is described in our **Privacy Policy**.

## 1. Plans, Billing, and Entitlements
### 1.1 What Subscriptions Include
An active paid subscription may include, depending on the plan shown at purchase:
- **Ad-free experience** — no in-app advertising from us during the active subscription period
- **Weekly virtual credits** — credits allocated on a weekly schedule to access certain AI video features
Specific benefits, credit amounts, and pricing are shown in the app and on Google Play at the time of purchase.
### 1.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for eligible plans.
Unless you cancel at least **24 hours before** the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price displayed at signup. You authorize Google Play to charge your payment method when the trial converts.
Trial availability, length, and eligibility may vary and can change over time.
### 1.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, yearly, or as shown at purchase) unless you cancel before renewal.
You authorize recurring charges through Google Play until you cancel.
### 1.4 Managing and Canceling
You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in your **Google Play account** subscription settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You keep subscription benefits (including ad-free access and any unused subscription credits already allocated for the current period) until the end of the paid billing period.
- **Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.**
### 1.5 Payment Processing
All subscription and in-app purchase transactions are processed by **Google Play** or its authorized payment partners. We do not directly process payment cards.

## 2. Virtual Credits System
**Flux Movio: AI Video Maker** uses virtual credits (“Credits”) to access certain AI video generation and related features.
### 2.1 Subscription Credits
Regardless of whether your subscription bills weekly, monthly, or yearly:
- Subscription Credits are **allocated on a weekly basis**
The number of Credits granted each week depends on your active subscription plan.
### 2.2 Add-on Credits (One-Time Purchases)
You may purchase credit packs separately through one-time in-app purchases on Google Play.
- Add-on Credits remain available until used, unless otherwise stated at purchase
- Add-on Credits are **not** tied to your subscription billing cycle
### 2.3 Using Credits
- There is **no fixed consumption order**. Subscription Credits and Add-on Credits are combined in your balance and may be used interchangeably.
- Credits are deducted when you use eligible AI features, as shown in the app.
- Credits have **no cash value**, are **non-transferable**, and are **non-refundable** except where required by law or Google Play policy.
### 2.4 Subscription Changes and Credits
If your subscription ends, is canceled, or lapses:
- you will no longer receive weekly Subscription Credits
- previously allocated Subscription Credits remain subject to their weekly expiry rules
- Add-on Credits you purchased separately remain available until used or expired under their own terms
We may adjust credit costs for features, allocation amounts, or plan structures. Material changes will be communicated where required by law or platform policy.

## 3. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices or plan benefits from time to time.
Where required, Google Play or we will provide advance notice. If you do not agree with a new price, cancel before the change takes effect to avoid future charges at the updated rate.

## 4. Refunds
- **Google Play purchases:** Refund eligibility is determined by **Google Play’s refund policies**.
- We cannot issue refunds for transactions billed by Google Play directly.

## 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service or Credits to:
- violate laws or third-party rights

- interfere with the Service’s operation or security
We may suspend access, withhold Credits, or terminate entitlements if misuse is detected.

## 6. User Content and AI Outputs
### 6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to third-party rights in source materials.
### 6.2 Limited License to Operate the Service
You grant **Flux Movio: AI Video Maker** a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service—including generating requested AI video outputs and enforcing these Terms.
We do **not** use your uploads to train general AI models or improve services for other users.
### 6.3 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for ensuring your inputs comply with these Terms and applicable law.

## 7. AI and Content Disclaimer
AI-generated videos may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. Outputs are produced by automated systems and should not be relied on as professional advice.

## 8. Disclaimers
The Service and Credits are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific output quality, or that the Service will meet every expectation.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, **Flux Movio: AI Video Maker** is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost or expired Credits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability for any subscription- or credit-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant subscription or purchase in the **12 months** before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law.

Your indemnification obligations in **Section 12 of the Terms of Service** apply equally to your use of subscriptions, Credits, and paid features under these Subscription Terms.

## 11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate subscription benefits or access immediately if you violate these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable policies, or where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. **Unused Credits are forfeited** upon termination for cause, except where required by law or Google Play policy.
You may stop using paid features at any time, but you must cancel through Google Play to stop future subscription charges.

## 12. General Terms
### 12.1 Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the **Hong Kong Special Administrative Region**.
### 12.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes relating to subscriptions or Credits are subject to the exclusive informal resolution and binding arbitration procedures in **Section 14 of the Terms of Service**, including the class action waiver, one-year limitation period, and cost allocation provisions.
### 12.3 Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
### 12.4 Entire Agreement
These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement regarding subscriptions and Credits.
