It is important to note that pain is a complex experience that can have physical, emotional, and psychological components. Therefore, it is important to take a holistic approach to pain management and address all aspects of the pain experience.
At FlowVibe Massage, every session includes hot towels and aromatherapy. When working with your therapist, multiple techniques and modalities are used to achieve your desired goals. Pressure is individualized to your needs and tolerance and every session will have a customized approach using some or all of the following techniques: swedish, therapeutic deep tissue, trigger point and light table stretching.
"Therapeutic Massage" is more than just a relaxing experience, It's literally therapy for your muscles and meditation for your mind. Receiving massage at least once a month is proven to reduce pain, stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances.
How is FlowVibe Different?
Our body knows how to heal. Sometimes it just needs a little help; to feel safe and supported. By using intuitive massage techniques, you are able to unwind and reconnect with your body in a gentle and compassionate way.
We'll use a combination of guided breathing, continuous flow deep tissue, stretching, and myofascial release; all of which helps you let go of chronic pain and negative tension patterns.
The space is inviting, safe and intimate and exists as a sanctuary to encourage a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Soft sheets, plants, peaceful surroundings, good music, aromatics and intuitive bodywork.
My sessions begin with a thorough intake and assessment. Sessions can be emotional, intense, relaxing or therapeutic. You may experience some soreness after a massage. I'll give you aftercare recommendations and a personalized treatment plan to keep you feeling your best between appointments.
The Vibe in FlowVibe Massage means that you'll never hear the pan flute during your session. The music selection is intentional and curated in a way that enhances the experience, helping you feel comfortable, relaxed and rejuvenated. We even take special requests!
Tips are seen as a gift of appreciation, not a requirement. And as a licensed healthcare professional, I will not ask for tips. The best tip is a review and a referral.
