Hi! I'm Brandy

I'm Brandy and I'm a Trauma-Informed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas. I'm not your typical massage therapist. I'm a perpetual student of the study of human movement and am dedicated to the art of healing touch. This basically means that I'm obsessed with providing quality bodywork. I'm personable, conversational (or quiet if you prefer). I'm a sucker for sarcastic humor. My off days are spent learning, family-ing and/or exercising. 

As someone who has lived experience with life altering and traumatic experiences, Brandy is uniquely qualified to understand the complexity of trauma and how physical and emotional trauma is stored in the body.

A trauma informed approach ensures your safety and care at all times. You'll have the information necessary to make well-informed decisions, and the empowerment to guide or re-direct your care.
