A credit or debit card is required to reserve and guarantee your appointment. You will never be charged unless you no-show or late cancel. Once your appointment is booked you will receive a confirmation email or text with a link to fill out the New Client Intake Form. This must be filled out in advance of your session. Otherwise, we will have to take time out of your session to fill it out. Reminders are sent 1 week before your session, and you will receive another email or text to confirm your appointment 48 hours before your session so you have enough time to plan accordingly.
Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes to your appointment within 24 hours will result in being charged 50% of the service cost. No exceptions. The fee will only be waived if you can fill the spot. Consistently booking and either showing up late or cancelling may result in termination of the therapeutic relationship. If I cancel on you within 24 hours of your appointment due to an emergency, your next session will be on me.
Your appointment includes a thorough intake and discussion of treatment. If your appointment is at 11:30am, the goal is to start the massage at 11:30am. New clients please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can go over your forms and start your session on time. Existing clients should always arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please plan ahead for maximum hands on time. If you are late I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible for paying the full length of the session you requested. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is subject to cancellation and you will still be responsible for paying for the full length of the session.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold or flu, please wait until you are fully cleared from your symptoms before you book an appointment. If you received any vaccine or boosters, please wait at least 7 days before you schedule an appointment.
FlowVibe Massage reserves the right to refuse service if you show signs of intoxication or impairment from any other substances, for safety concerns, inappropriate comments or sexual advances, or for not abiding by these policies.

This soreness can be a sign that the massage was effective. You'll need AT LEAST 4 sessions close together to begin to move past any discomfort. There are a few things you can do to help elevate soreness after a massage including drinking plenty of water, taking a warm Epsom salt bath and gentle stretching.
