Welcome to FlowNote. FlowNote is an AI-powered application that provides voice recording, speech-to-text transcription, translation, and smart summary services. By purchasing and using a FlowNote Membership ("Membership" or "Subscription"), you agree to these Subscription Terms.
During an active subscription period, Members may access the following premium features:
Unlimited Voice-to-Text Transcription
Convert recordings into editable text using AI-powered speech recognition technology with no usage limits.
Unlimited Recording Duration
Record meetings, lectures, interviews, and personal notes without restrictions on recording length or total recording time.
Ad-Free Experience
Enjoy FlowNote without advertisements or interruptions.
AI Translation
Translate transcribed content into supported languages directly within the app. Available languages may vary over time.
AI Smart Summary
Use AI to analyze recordings and transcripts, extract key information, and generate summaries and meeting notes.
Local‑Only Storage
All recordings, transcripts, and summaries are stored exclusively on your local device. FlowNote does not upload, back up, or sync your data to any external cloud server. You are responsible for managing and backing up your own data (e.g., via device backups or manual exports).
Advanced Export Options
Export recordings, transcripts, and summaries in supported formats, including but not limited to TXT and PDF.
Early Access to New Features
Members may receive early access to selected new features and service improvements introduced in future updates.
Additional Membership Benefits
FlowNote may introduce additional premium features over time. Available benefits will be displayed within the app.
FlowNote offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly Pro
Free Trial: 3 days
Price: US$19.99/week (or local equivalent)
Renewal: Every week
Yearly Pro
Free Trial: None (unless otherwise stated in the app)
Price: US$89.99/year (or local equivalent)
Renewal: Every year

Prices may vary by region, taxes, and App Store pricing policies.
The Yearly plan offers significant savings compared to the Weekly plan.
New subscribers to the Weekly Membership are eligible for a 3‑day free trial. Only one free trial per Apple ID is permitted.
All Membership features are available during the trial period.
Unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard weekly rate ($19.99/week).
The Yearly Membership does not include a free trial unless explicitly stated in the app.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged within the 24‑hour period before the current subscription period expires.
Upon successful renewal, your Membership will be extended for the selected subscription period (one week for Weekly plan, one year for Yearly plan).
You may disable auto-renewal at any time through:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FlowNote → Cancel Subscription
After cancellation:
Membership benefits remain active until the current billing period expires.
No future renewal charges will occur.
All subscription payments and refunds are processed by Apple.

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to its policies. In certain jurisdictions, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you may restore your Membership using the Restore Purchases option within the app.
The same Apple ID used for the original purchase is required.
Your use of FlowNote is also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
FlowNote does not sell your personal information.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, FlowNote does not have access to your recordings, transcripts, or summaries.
You are responsible for backing up your device data to avoid loss.
FlowNote reserves the right to update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published within the app and will include a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Membership service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
