Flora is a Danish choreographer, dancer, and teacher. Holding a BFA in Dance and Choreography from the Danish National School of Performing Arts, Holstebro, graduating in 2026.

Since her teenage years, choreography and music have been Flora’s primary language of expression. Along her choreographic practices, she plays and write music, and sometimes both worlds meet in co-creations - Like her two most recent works, "Silent Sandstorm" (2025), and "The Pile" (2025).

Floras choreographic works are driven by the creation of conceptual worlds, and often comment on social structures and human behaviour. 

In spring 2025 she premiered her first longer solo work Silent Sandstorm at Aaben Dans Theatre in Roskilde, Denmark. She has also developed several independent video productions for her Youtube channel throughout the years.

Teaching is a deeply rooted part of Flora’s practice. She is dedicated to creating spaces for dancers to expand their creative, social and physical capacity. Flora teaches regularly at summer schools, ballet intensives, and workshops for all levels and age groups.

Pedagogical approach

My classes are a place where confidence and trust in oneself and others can be nourished and expanded. Emphasizing a low-stakes environment, where questions and doubt are always welcome. Forming a supportive class environment where students can collaborate and thrive independently and together as a whole.

Through an understanding of each individual's needs, my teaching likes to expand the students' capabilities by encouraging bravery and the simple act of trying. Fostering an engaging environment where students' motivation is not only driven by teaching proposals, but also by their individual experience of self-development and trust.
