You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of our products, perishable items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or damage.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged product after verifying the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Fresh produce (sweet potatoes, bananas, etc.)
Opened food products (snacks, juices, etc.)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at floreaessence@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective items. Once we verify the issue, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
