Breathe! Breathing is wonderful. When we master it, we sound better as musicians, we emote more as dancers, and we lock in to the pulse more as percussionists.
We can also breathe to relax and calm nerves. Practice breathing!
In addition to helping you relax, focusing on your breathing will help you focus your attention and that will help you achieve at a higher level.
