Each participant will receive the book, What Great Principals Do Differently by Todd Whitaker... encourage you to read this over the summer. You will also receive another book (to be determined).
Several leadership podcasts and TED Talks will be shared at the FLAME Conference in June. Participants are encouraged to use these tools as part of their ongoing professional development.
Each participant is going to be asked to serve on a NLSA visitation team this upcoming school year. This will give you a great look at the accreditation process and is extremely valuable experience if you are ever called to lead your school through NLSA.
