Participants included 37 adult male and female adults aged 40 years old and were divided into two groups: a control group and a milk-fermented egg white group.
Intake of milk fermented egg white reduced VFA significantly compared to baseline, and VFA was significantly lower than that of the control group.
The results showed that egg white fermented with milk reduces VFA and improves the ratio of the visceral fat area to the subcutaneous fat area. Since other measuring elements were not affected, we concluded that yogurt fermented egg white improves visceral fatty obesity. "
