What needs impoving when it comes to taking care of your self?
What part of your schedule is still not where it should be to attempt to balance work and life?
Questions to consider
How has your routine changed? What is your new routine for these new times?
What is your morning routine?
What is your evening routine to create hard stops from work? What are you doing to ensure restful sleep?
How could you possibly restructure some of your online calls/meetings with students?
What are your strategies to bring everyone back together to ensure no misunderstanding is happening before having students work independently?
How are you creating schedule for a brain break during the day?
How have you created spaces or zones for learning vs. personal vs. entertainment vs. rest?
For this task & for these new environments of teaching and learning we have the opportunity to avoid the typical "sit and get" approach to learning.
For this learning I am asking you to get up, grab some headphones and walk while you listen and reflect. The podcast is 40 minutesso you can break up into two sessions or knock it out in one session.
If you are in a school you could ask permission to walk the halls during your prep or before/after school.
