Fire Fling has a strict zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Fire Fling is an adults-only platform requiring all users to be 18 years of age or older. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and actively preventing any form of child exploitation or abuse on our platform.

AGE VERIFICATION AND ENFORCEMENT
All users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older during account registration
Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately and permanently terminated
All data associated with underage accounts will be permanently deleted immediately upon discovery
We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time

PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
The following are strictly prohibited on Fire Fling and will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to authorities:
Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
Any attempt to contact, solicit, or groom minors
Any sharing, uploading, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any behavior that could facilitate harm to minors

If you encounter any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns:
Use the in-app Report button to immediately report the user
Contact us directly at fireflingapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report"
We will respond to all child safety reports within 24 hours

HOW WE HANDLE REPORTS
All reports of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation are handled as follows:
The reported account is immediately suspended pending investigation
All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours
Confirmed violations are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline at missingkids.org
Confirmed violations are reported to relevant national and local law enforcement authorities
All evidence is preserved and made available to law enforcement upon request
The offending account is permanently banned with no possibility of reinstatement
