Welcome!

This is an online course for my students and for those who are completely new to the financial context but need to grab the very basic of corporate finance in a short amount of time such as preparing the CFA test (or for whatever other reasons).

The reason this course is called a "toolbox" is because rather than a solid textbook, it is more like a notebook. With that being said, it is still designed in a way to be as self-consist and sufficient as possible.

When I design this toolbox, the strongest vision in my mind was that there should be absolutely NO video or audio material whatsoever. The reason is, it is more efficient to deliver the information through charts and texts than the video or audios, as the old saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand of words".

I really hope this course can help you to grab the fundamental of the covered materials. Afterall, I also hope you enjoy this work, since I had so much fun writing it up.
