About Fingerboarding

In the 1980s Fingerboards were used as keychains for skateboarders to have. Then a brand name Tech Decks came and improved the keychains to make a Fingerboard that you could use and do tricks on.

Now there are enthusiasts who make professional Fingerboards and have big well known companies like Flatface, BerlinWood and Black River Ramps.

Fingerboarding was first created with a joke video from Lance Mountain who was a professional skateboarder. The video he made encouraged hundreds of thousands of children and adults to start a new exciting hobby.
