I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics (DEMM) of the University of Milano with Massimiliano Bratti and Agata Maida and a research fellow at LABOR.
My research focuses on labor economics and applied microeconometrics, particularly employment protection legislation and human capital, labor market concentration, tax enforcement policy evaluation, training contracts, alternative work arrangements, and workplace accidents, job security and informality.
