I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics (DEMM) of the University of Milano with Massimiliano Bratti and Agata Maida and a research fellow at LABOR R. Revelli.
My research focuses on labor economics and applied microeconometrics, particularly employment protection legislation and human capital, labor market concentration, alternative work arrangements, workplace accidents and irregular work, and policy evaluation.
