I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics (DEMM) of the University of Milano with Massimiliano Bratti and Agata Maida and a research fellow at LABOR.
My research focuses on labor economics and applied microeconometrics. I study firms' dynamics, alternative work arrangements, shadow economy, work injuries, apprenticeship contracts, and sex work.
In January-February 2025, I visited the Economics Department of the University of Copenhagen.
In May 2025, I will start a VISITINPS project with Marco Le Moglie.
