Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Images referenced by my Markdown file do not appear.
A. With Hashleaf Pro, choose Open > Open Folder with Images, then select the folder containing both the Markdown file and its images. Also check the relative image path, filename, and letter case.
Q. Math is displayed with the $$ delimiters still visible.
A. Make sure every opening delimiter has a matching closing delimiter. Use $...$ for inline math and $$...$$ for display math.
Q. What happens when I select a local file link in Markdown?
A. Markdown files open in Hashleaf. On Mac, folders open in Finder and other files open in their default apps. To access files stored beside a Markdown document in Dropbox or another file provider, open the containing folder with Open Folder with Images first.
Q. I cannot export a PDF on Mac.
A. PDF export is a Hashleaf Pro feature. After purchasing Pro, open a Markdown file in the Mac Catalyst version, open the display menu in the toolbar, and choose Export as PDF.
Q. Hashleaf Pro is unavailable after changing devices.
A. Open Hashleaf Pro from the Open menu and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that was used for the original purchase.

Hashleaf (the "App") is an application for displaying Markdown files selected by the user.
1. Information We Collect
The developer does not collect personal information, usage data, device information, location information, or the contents of documents viewed in the App.
2. Access to Files
The App accesses only files or folders that the user explicitly selects through the system file picker. Selected Markdown files, images, and linked local files are processed on the device for display, sharing, opening in another app, or PDF creation requested by the user. They are not uploaded to servers operated by the developer.
3. External Storage Providers
Services such as iCloud Drive and Dropbox are accessed through Apple's Files app and the corresponding file-provider extensions. Data handled by those services is subject to each provider's privacy policy.
4. External Images and Links
If a Markdown file contains an image hosted at an external URL, the App may connect to that server to display the image. The destination server may receive information normally associated with a network request, such as an IP address.
Selecting a web link or a link to another file may open a web browser or another application. Information handled by an external website or application is subject to that provider's privacy policy.
5. In-App Purchases
Hashleaf Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The App uses StoreKit to retrieve product information and verify purchase entitlement. The developer does not receive the user's payment-card or other payment-account details.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The App does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or features that track users across apps or websites.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed primarily for children, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, applicable law, or platform requirements. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

よくある質問
Q. Markdown内の画像が表示されません。
A. Hashleaf Proをご利用の場合は、「開く」→「画像を含むフォルダを開く」から、Markdownと画像が入っているフォルダを選択してください。画像の相対パスとファイル名の大文字・小文字も確認してください。
Q. 数式が$$のまま表示されます。
A. 数式の開始と終了の$$が対応しているか確認してください。インライン数式は$...$、ブロック数式は$$...$$で記述できます。
Q. MacでPDFを書き出せません。
A. PDF書き出しはHashleaf Proの機能です。購入後、Mac Catalyst版でMarkdownを開き、ツールバーの表示メニューから「PDFとして書き出す」を選択してください。
Q. 機種変更後にHashleaf Proが使えません。
A. 左上の「開く」→「Hashleaf Pro」を開き、「購入を復元」を選択してください。購入時と同じApple Accountを使用していることも確認してください。

Hashleaf（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者が選択したMarkdownファイルを表示するためのアプリです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリの開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人情報、利用状況、端末情報、位置情報、閲覧した文書の内容を収集しません。
2. ファイルへのアクセス
本アプリは、利用者がシステムのファイル選択画面から明示的に選択したファイルまたはフォルダにアクセスします。アクセスしたMarkdownファイルと画像は、表示、共有、または利用者が指示したPDF作成のために端末内で処理され、開発者が運営するサーバーへ送信されません。
3. 外部ストレージ
iCloud DriveやDropboxなどの外部ストレージは、Appleの「ファイル」アプリおよび各ファイルプロバイダを通じて利用されます。これらのサービスにおけるデータの取扱いには、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 外部画像とリンク
Markdownファイルに外部画像のURLが含まれる場合、本アプリは画像を表示するため、そのURLのサーバーへ接続することがあります。接続先にはIPアドレスなど、通常のネットワーク通信に伴う情報が伝わる場合があります。
Markdown内のリンクを選択すると、システムのWebブラウザなど外部アプリが開きます。外部サイトでの情報の取扱いには、そのサイトのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
5. 解析、広告、トラッキング
本アプリには、アクセス解析SDK、広告SDK、利用者を追跡する機能を組み込んでいません。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは子どもを主な対象として設計されたものではなく、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
7. 変更
本ポリシーは、本アプリの機能変更や法令等に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の内容は、このページで公表します。
