Criminal Interdiction Unit

Criminal Interdiction Unit (CIU) is a division tasked with conducting investigations into auto theft, commercial vehicle and cargo theft, heavy equipment theft, identity theft, driver’s license fraud, title fraud, odometer fraud, any gang related activities, and other criminal activity. CIU consists of specially trained troopers that are strategically assigned throughout the state in order to interdict criminal activity.
