Help Another Ranger JOIN THE PARTY

We want to make sure all who want to attend are able. Each year several seniors face financial hardship and cannot afford to attend the party. Please consider making an extra donation to help, add additional support to your student's payment during registration.

What to Expect

Bus Departs around 9:30 pm from graduation immediately following the ceremony. Take your photos BEFORE the ceremony because students have approximately 30 minutes to change, hand off belongings to you, and find their bus.
Graduates should change into their comfortable clothes before boarding the bus. Give everything else - cap, gown, diploma, dress clothes etc. to parents.
We will provide buses to the venue, all graduates must ride the bus assigned to them
No food or drinks allowed on the bus
A full meal will be served when students arrive
Snacks and drinks throughout the evening
Fun evening full of activities
Bus returns to FHC parking lot around 4:45-5am . (we depart from the venue at 4:30am)
Because the graduates may be awake all night, and safety is our top priority. Parents are required to pick up their child at school at 4:45 a.m. to avoid sleepy teen drivers. **We are aware that some students will have AP exams the following morning and we are working on an early pick-up plan to accommodate those who need some rest before testing. Stay tuned!

What to Bring & Wear

Please do not bring anything that is not needed to the SANP. We suggest: any medications you need, glasses or contacts, a sweatshirt or jacket, your phone, and a charger. We will have toiletries in all the bathrooms, including tampons and pads. ANYTHING YOU BRING will need to fit into a gallon Zip-lock bag.
+++ Students will check in for the party and turn in their zip-lock baggie of necessities before graduation, at the rehearsal. We will do a security check of student bags during the graduation ceremony. You will not have access to your bag until after you arrive at the party. Please have a parent or guardian bring your change of clothes to graduation. Upon arrival, the “necessities bag” will be at the party location. It will be taken to the bag room and supervised by parent volunteers. Students will have access to their bag if needed. THIS MEANS THAT WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE BUS, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING EXCEPT YOUR PHONE AND A JACKET OR SWEATSHIRT. ANYTHING ELSE WILL BE TAKEN AND HELD UNTIL YOU ARE PICKED UP AT THE END OF THE NIGHT. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL NOT HOLD THE BUS FOR ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes
An additional change of clothing is not necessary
Cell phones are allowed
FHC SANP and the venue are not responsible for lost or stolen things

What Not to Bring

Alcohol
Drugs
Tobacco or vapor cigarettes
Firearms or weapons
Money (not necessary)
Purse/wallet/items of value (jewelry, etc)
No cameras, recording devices, iPads or laptops or any additional electronics beyond a cell phone
Food or beverages
Blankets/pillows
Large bags

Will my necessities bag be checked?

Yes. Junior parents and administrators will search your bag during the graduation ceremony. They will be looking for drugs (approved medication must be labeled), alcohol, weapons, vapor cigarettes, etc. If you can't have it on FHC school grounds, you can't have it at the Senior All Night Party.

Safety & Security

We will have basic first aid and personal care items available. Chaperones and helpers will be available all night. Feminine products will be available In the bathrooms.
