Senior Party Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What Is SANP?

The FHC Senior All Night Party (SANP) is a party in a safe and secret location. It's an opportunity for students to celebrate their graduation in a drug and alcohol free venue that typically runs from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am on graduation night. For one ticket price, seniors eat, play games, participate in the ongoing “fun stuff” all night, win prizes and hang out to talk and kick back with their friends.

How do I sign my senior up to go?

Seniors need to register and pay in advance to attend the all-night party. There are two ways you can register:

Can I volunteer?

Yes!  EVEN if you are not an "All Nighter" and you don't want to work at the party, there are plenty of opportunities to contribute. Look for a sign-ups to become available late winter into spring.

How many seniors typically go to this party and is it required?

Most seniors attend and no it is not required but they won't want to miss it! Our goal is 100% attendance and we've hovered around the 70-80% mark over the years. All graduates are eligible to go. The venue is accessible for all mobility needs and there will be activities for all interests.

What activities are planned?

We have a variety of activities planned for the evening to meet the needs of all types. We contract with a professional entertainment company to provide many fun activities.

What do graduates need to bring to the All Night Party?

Not much -- minimal is better. Food, drinks and fun will be provided all night. If you need to bring essential items, a clear gallon-size zip lock bag will be provided to you at the graduation rehearsal and will meet you at the venue. No large bags or backpacks. Essentials you may want to bring:

What not to bring:

If you can't have it on FHC school grounds, you can't have it at the Senior All-Night Party.

What is included? And do I need spending money?

Your ticket and our fundraising efforts cover everything - transportation, food, snacks and activities. No additional cash is needed.

How much time do I have after ceremony ends?

You have 30 minutes after the ceremony ends for you to say goodbye to family and to change into comfortable clothes. Then, please move quickly to buses so not to delay our departure and to get to the venue on time. PRO-TIP: Take family pictures before graduation.

Do I need to register?

Yes. We need both payment, registration and a signed waiver. Please register before March 1. Early registration helps us plan and saves you money! Ticket prices go up after March 1st. The signed waiver will be available after spring break.

If I cannot afford the full ticket price, can I still come, can I request assistance?

YES!  Just complete the registration and check the option at the end. We will contact you to make arrangements. Your requests will be kept confidential. We want as many students to attend as possible. This is your celebration.

Can I drive to the party?

No. ALL STUDENTS MUST RIDE THE BUS.  Parent volunteers will need to drive to themselves to the venue and can take their student home with them (thank you for your volunteer time).  We will email the location to the parent email listed on the registration form once buses arrive at their destination.

Where is pick-up and when?

Buses will return students to FHC parking lot (outside of main gym) around 4:45-5:00 am.  Parents must pick up their graduate since they have been awake all night. Yes, we understand parents will be sleepy as well, but your are seasoned sleepy drivers and have likely gotten some good hours of sleep before getting In your before the crack of dawn.

Will there be supervision?

The venue will have staff and security. We will also have parent volunteers assigned to monitor exits and to circulate throughout the facility.

What if a student misbehaves or brings alcohol, drugs or weapons to venue?

They will be asked to leave immediately. We will call the parent/guardian phone number listed on the registration form to come pick them up. The graduate will hang out with parent volunteers until their ride arrives. Let your graduate know how Inconvenient this would be to you so that they know you have NO desire to drive to X location iIn the wee hours of the morning.

Who hosts this event?

The Senior All Night Party Committee is a group of senior parent volunteers who have fundraised, planned, and organized this party. We will need additional volunteers to help. A sign-up will be posted on the website and on the parent Facebook page in the spring.

How is the party funded?

The SANP Committee hosts several fundraisers throughout the year to offset the full cost of the party above and beyond the ticket sale price. Business sponsors from our community step up and help and we are happy to advertise and spend money at their businesses. Various opportunities for parents to donate to our Amazon wishlist for prizes Is very helpful. We host 200+ graduates all night at a venue with food and entertainment with a budget of $30k which is comparable to parties planned by other schools in the area.

Did we miss anything? Please feel free to ask any additional questions by emailing us at FHCSANP@gmail.com. Congratulations on your 2024 senior!
