Welcome to the Bodhi platform (hereafter referred to as “we” or “Bodhi”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all users (hereafter referred to as “you”) of the platform, including any information, features, resources, or interactive services provided (collectively referred to as “Services”). By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.

Bodhi primarily provides introductions to Bodhi-related content, educational materials, and resource sharing, aiming to support personal growth, guided meditation, and mindfulness.

If you wish to purchase physical products, all such items must be purchased through the Hsing Yun Education Foundation's official online store. The Bodhi platform does not directly sell physical products.

3. User Conduct

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You shall not engage in any illegal, infringing, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise improper conduct.

• Unauthorised extraction, copying, use, or redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.

All text, images, audio/video, course content, designs, and logos provided on the platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, or public display is prohibited.
