The Fairfax-Fletcher Soccer Club is a not-for-profit organization run solely by volunteers with the goal of offering the game of soccer to youth players of varying skill & commitment levels in the greater Fairfax/Fletcher area. FFSC is a member of the Vermont Soccer Association & U.S. Youth Soccer Association.
The Fairfax Soccer Club was originally formed in 1988 as a U12 recreational program. The club quickly expanded and by the mid 90's included recreational players from ages U6 -U12. As a result of the club's growth, field space was needed. It was at this time, that the neighboring community of Fletcher joined the club forming the Fairfax-Fletcher Soccer Club. Training sessions and home matches are played at the Fletcher Elementary School. The club expanded again in 2009 to include a U4 development program and offered a U14 team for Fall of 2023. FFSC now supports a player base of over 300 players annually.
In 2012 a "Premier Program" was established within FFSC. This program offers those players with the desire and skill to compete at a higher level of play to do so while creating an opportunity for further development through additional practice and game opportunities.
Indoor leagues often form during the winter months at the older levels and games are played at the Nordic and Farpost Turfs at the Expo.
There are currently seven board members:
President Seth McQuade, Treasurer Seth Pike,
